ViralShowcase helps you watch the public TikTok Shop showcases of creators you choose. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider, never in readable form).
• What you set up: the creators you follow, tags, alert preferences, saved products, and, if you add one, your Discord webhook address, which we store encrypted.
• Early-access sign-ups: the email you enter on our home page.
• Usage data: basic product analytics about how the app is used (pages and features), to improve it.

Public TikTok data

The showcase, profile, video and sales data we show comes from public TikTok information collected through third-party data providers. It is about creators, not about you. We store what we observe, with timestamps, so you can see how things change.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Netlify: hosting of the website.
• ScrapeCreators and EchoTik: public TikTok and sales data. We send them creator handles and product identifiers, never your personal data.
• PostHog: product analytics.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not send marketing email unless you asked to hear from us. Early-access emails are used only to tell you when ViralShowcase opens.

Your choices

You can remove creators, delete alert settings and your Discord webhook at any time in the app. You can ask us to delete your account and data completely using the contact below.
